Structure corporate zero-capex solar PPAs across major manufacturing corridors in Lagos, Ogun, and Kano.

Phase 3: 2030–2031 Domestic Module Assembly & I-REC Provenance

Commission Nigeria's first automated 500 MW/yr Tier-1 PV module and inverter assembly plant in Lagos FTZ.
Integrate Digital Solar Asset Passports with Gold Standard / Verra I-REC carbon crediting ledgers.
Transition 60% of solar freight transport to dual-fuel CNG fleets and bonded rail links.

Phase 4: 2032–2034 Grid Parity & Circular Solar Hubs

Connect 3,000 MW utility-scale solar PV capacity directly to the national 330kV transmission grid.
Establish commercial solar panel recycling and second-life battery repurposing centers in Sagamu and Kano.
Publish annual National Solar ESG Impact & Rural Electrification Transparency Report.
