- Deploy SolarConnect digital registry portal for live 12-category solar stakeholder onboarding.

Blended Solar Capital, C&I PPAs & Mini-Grid Storage (BESS)
- Launch ₦50B blended solar credit facility via Bank of Industry (BOI) and DFI risk guarantees.
- Deploy 250 MW of solar-hybrid mini-grids with LiFePO4 BESS for rural farming and cold-storage communities.
- Structure corporate zero-capex solar PPAs across major manufacturing corridors in Lagos, Ogun, and Kano.

Domestic Module Assembly & I-REC Provenance
Domestic PV Module Assembly & Digital Asset Passports
- Commission Nigeria's first automated 500 MW/yr Tier-1 PV module and inverter assembly plant in Lagos FTZ.
- Integrate Digital Solar Asset Passports with Gold Standard / Verra I-REC carbon crediting ledgers.
- Transition 60% of solar freight transport to dual-fuel CNG fleets and bonded rail links.

Grid Parity & Circular Solar Hubs
Utility-Scale Grid Parity & PV Panel Circular Economy
- Connect 3,000 MW utility-scale solar PV capacity directly to the national 330kV transmission grid.
- Establish commercial solar panel recycling and second-life battery repurposing centers in Sagamu and Kano.
- Publish annual National Solar ESG Impact & Rural Electrification Transparency Report.
